Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is Cardify?

Cardify is a digital platform that bridges physical trading cards and blockchain technology. We authenticate, tokenize, and securely store collectible cards—allowing verified on-chain ownership and seamless redemption.

2. How does Cardify verify physical cards?

All physical cards are authenticated and stored through trusted partners such as Axel Mark Inc. and Yuyu-tei. Each verified card is then tokenized on-chain as an NFT representing physical ownership.

3. What happens to my personal information?

We only collect information necessary to operate and improve service—such as contact details, wallet address, and transaction data. Cardify does not sell personal information to third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. What am I agreeing to in Terms of Service?

By using Cardify, you agree to use the platform lawfully, respect intellectual property rights, and comply with our authentication and redemption rules. You can review the full Terms of Service for all user rights and obligations.

5. Can I sell or transfer my NFTs?

Yes. Once your card is tokenized, ownership can be transferred or sold through approved marketplaces that support our format.

6. How do I redeem my physical card?

You can request redemption via your Cardify dashboard. After verification, the physical card will be released and shipped directly from our custodial partner's vault.

7. What should I do if I notice suspicious activity or a dispute?

Please contact our support team immediately at info@cardify.net. We'll assist with verification, investigation, and, if necessary, coordinate with partners or blockchain entities to resolve the issue.

8. How can I delete my account or data?

Send a request to info@cardify.net. We'll process the deletion according to applicable data protection regulations.

9. Where can I find updates to Terms or Privacy Policy?

Any updates will be posted on https://cardify.net, with the last revision date clearly shown at the top of each policy page.
